About this application

Purpose of the application

AI Meeting Agent is an AI-powered meeting assistant developed and operated by Xsparks.ai. The purpose of AI Meeting Agent is to join your online meetings, capture meeting conversations, and help you generate transcripts, summaries, and actionable insights so you can review what was discussed without taking notes by hand.

AI Meeting Agent works with Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. When you choose to connect a Google Account, AI Meeting Agent uses Google services only to provide this meeting-assistant functionality:

  • Read your Google Calendar to detect upcoming and scheduled meetings.
  • Identify the associated Google Meet call so AI Meeting Agent can join the correct meeting.
  • Join that meeting to capture the conversation, transcribe it, and generate a summary and action items for you.

AI Meeting Agent does not use Google user data for advertising or any purpose other than providing these user-facing meeting features. You can disconnect Google access at any time. Full details are in the AI Meeting Agent Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Google user data

Why AI Meeting Agent requests Google user data

Connecting a Google Account is optional and happens only when you choose to sync Google Calendar or join Google Meet from AI Meeting Agent. When you do, AI Meeting Agent requests the following Google user data, and only for the purposes described below:

Google Calendar events (read-only)

AI Meeting Agent reads your Google Calendar events — including title, date, time, location, and associated meeting links — to detect upcoming and scheduled meetings so it knows when and where to join.

Google Meet space and conference data (read-only)

AI Meeting Agent reads Google Meet metadata associated with those calendar events, including the meeting link, to identify and join the correct Google Meet call. If the host has enabled Google Meet transcription, AI Meeting Agent may use that transcript to generate your meeting notes.

Your Google account email address

AI Meeting Agent uses your Google account email address to identify which Google account is connected and to associate calendar connections and meeting activity with your AI Meeting Agent account.

AI Meeting Agent does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or Google Docs. These permissions are read-only. AI Meeting Agent does not sell Google user data and does not use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for how this data is stored, shared, retained, and deleted.

Capabilities

What AI Meeting Agent does

AI Meeting Agent records, transcribes, and summarizes your calls; extracts action items; answers questions during the meeting; and stores reports you can search, organize into folders, and discuss with AI.

Live transcription

Speaker-aware transcripts stream in as people talk, so you can search the conversation while the meeting is still running.

AI summaries

Walk away with a concise recap, key decisions, and highlights — generated automatically when the call ends.

In-meet assist

Ask the bot questions during the call. It answers from the live conversation so nobody has to replay the last ten minutes.

Action items

Owners, deadlines, and follow-ups are extracted for you. Review them in the report or push them into your next meeting.

Join now or schedule

Paste a Google Meet or Teams link to send the bot in immediately, or schedule it from your calendar so it never misses a call.

Reports, folders & AI chat

Organize recordings by project, share reports with the team, and keep discussing the transcript with AI after the meeting.

During the call

Ask the meeting itself.

Toggle in-meet assist and talk to the agent in a companion window. Catch up late, confirm a decision, or pull a quote without interrupting the room.

  • “What did we agree on pricing?”
  • “Summarize the last five minutes.”
  • “Who owns the follow-up with legal?”

What did we decide about the launch date?
Launch moves up 10 days if Northwind closes this week. Jordan is sending MSA redlines today so legal can clear the remaining blocker.

How it works

Three steps. Then you can actually listen.

01

Drop in a meeting link

Choose Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, give the bot a display name, and optionally attach an AI persona or past reports for context.

02

The agent joins and listens

It transcribes in real time, answers in-meeting questions, and captures notes without anyone having to record locally.

03

Leave with a usable recap

When the call ends you get a transcript, summary, action items, and a report you can search, share, or keep talking to.

Next meeting, the notes are already done.

Paste a link, let the agent join, and walk out with a transcript, summary, and owners — not a blank page and a fuzzy memory.
